What is Run Club Row?
Run Club Row is the official gathering space for run clubs at the F.E.B. Finish Fest. It’s your club’s home base on race weekend — a place to celebrate, cheer, refuel, and connect.
Run Club Row is limited to 20 tent spaces, making it one of the most energetic and competitive areas of race weekend.

How to Secure a Tent Spot
1️⃣ Create your official team in RunSignUp
2️⃣ Recruit your members
3️⃣ Reach 15 registered runners
4️⃣ Our team will contact your Club Captain to confirm your tent spot
Tent spaces are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis once the 15-member threshold is reached.
Clubs must provide their own tent and equipment.
Once all 20 spaces are secured, additional clubs may still compete in the Run Club Row Challenges but will not receive a tent space.
Run Club Row Challenges
This is where it gets fun.
Throughout the season, clubs will compete in the Run Club Row Challenges — playful competitions recognizing participation, spirit, and community.
🏆 Largest Club Award
Awarded to the club with the most registered participants across all distances.
🏆 Most Miles Award
Awarded to the club whose registered members log the most total race miles collectively.
🏆 Best Club Spirit Award
Awarded to the club that brings the most energy, creativity, and enthusiasm to Run Club Row on race weekend.
Winners will be recognized on stage during the Sunday Finish Fest.

Club Captain FAQ
Create an official team during registration on RunSignUp. All members must register under your team name to count toward your total.
Clubs that reach 15 registered members will be contacted to secure a tent space in Run Club Row. Tent spaces are limited to 20 and awarded on a first-come basis.
Our team will contact the Club Captain to confirm participation and collect:
• Club logo
• Tent size
• Captain contact information
• Social media handle (optional)
Your tent spot will not be secured until confirmation is received.
Yes. Clubs are responsible for providing their own tent, tables, and setup materials.
Run Club Row is located along the 3rd baseline inside Shuckers Stadium, within the F.E.B Finish Fest. This high-energy area places clubs at the heart of the post-race celebration.
Yes. Any club may create a team and compete in the Run Club Row Challenges. Clubs reaching 15 registered members may secure a tent space, regardless of location.
• Largest Club and Most Miles are tracked automatically through registration.
• Best Club Spirit is judged during race weekend based on energy, creativity, and presence.
Awards will be presented on stage during race weekend at the Finish Festival.
